“”When I first started featuring, I figured I was on the road so much, I might as well rent out my house,”” Colt 45 said in an interview at the SCORE offices. “”Thirty people wanted to rent it, so I thought, ‘Man, I could have rented out 30 houses.’ It was actually a good push, because I started buying houses. I buy foreclosures, gut them, then rent them out.”” Colt 45 was one of the most popular super-busty exotic dancers and magazine models, and her influence is still strong. “”I’m not much of a dancer.
